The Social Security Administration, however, notes that State Unemployment Benefits may be reduced by the receipt of other federal or state pensions or retirement income, including Social Security and Railroad Retirement Benefits. Check with your state unemployment office and notify your state unemployment offices immediately if you receive other benefits, including Social Security benefits, while you are collecting unemployment.
