Continued Medicare Services For Long Term Disability

According to the March, 2011 AARP bulletin, a group called Center for Medicare Advocacy (CMA) has filed a law suit on behalf of an individual who was denied continuing Medicare coverage for physical therapy and services. Without the continued services, the individual may be forced to go to a nursing home. CMA is trying to get class action status for people all over the country who were denied Medicare coverage for long term medical conditions such as multiple sclerosis, diabetic wounds or paralysis.
