Life Expectancy

Did you know that people are living longer than ever before. The average life expectancy is 67.6 and is predicted to go up to 75.5 by the year 2050. According to AARP, in the next 50 years, there will be more seniors than young people. This will mean that there will be more people who are retired and collecting disability benefits. People will also need to be collecting benefits for longer periods of time. Maybe the retirement age will be increased. AARP Bulletin, October 2011 Vol,52 No.8.
